3rd Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear MMSA Parents/Guardians:

Parent/Teacher Conference time is approaching fast. Our conferences will be held as follows:

• Thursday, March 4, 2010 - (4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
• Saturday, March 6, 2010 – (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

You will have ten minutes to meet with your child’s teachers. Please be advised that you must call the school to schedule a conference time for each teacher. If you do not schedule an appointment, you will have to sign in and be assisted on a first come, first served basis.

The teaching staff at MMSA is preparing to meet with you. Parent/Teacher Conferences are designed to help you understand exactly what your child is learning. The teachers will also show you how you can help your child excel academically. Conference time gives you an opportunity to ask questions and see the progress your child is making.

Educational research shows that student success increases as parents become involved in their children’s school progress. MMSA teachers hope to meet with the parents of every student. Please set the date aside and plan to attend conferences. We are looking forward to our time with you.

Students whose parents attend the conferences will be allowed to dress down on Friday, March 12, 2010.
